Vokku is made by a very small team. Email is the fastest way to reach us, and a real person reads it.
Try this first
- Make sure you are on the latest version from Google Play.
- Sign out and sign back in — that settles most sync problems.
- Your progress is stored on the device as well as in your account, so it is usually recoverable. Ask us before uninstalling.
What to include
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The language and level you were studying.
- Your phone model and Android version.
- The email address on your account, if the problem is with signing in.
How long it takes
Please allow a few working days. Anything about lost progress or account access goes to the front of the queue.
