Delete your account

In the app

Open Vokku, go to Settings, tap your account, and choose Delete account. You confirm by typing your email address, so a mistaken tap cannot delete the wrong account.

Your account is then deleted between ten and fifteen days later. Until it happens you can stop it: sign in and tap Keep using Vokku, and nothing is lost.

If you cannot get into the app

Email us from the address your account uses, with "Account deletion request" as the subject. If you cannot send from that address, tell us which address the account uses and we will verify it another way before deleting anything.

We confirm within 7 days and finish within 30.

What gets deleted

• Your account and your email address.
• Your learning setup — languages and level.
• Your saved cards, review history and review schedule.
• Story reading progress, streaks and study counts.
• Your AI chat history.
• The device records used for syncing.

What happens to the phone you asked from

It is emptied straight away, not in ten days — cards, review history, settings and the daily reminder all go when you confirm. The copy in your account is what comes back if you change your mind, so anything on that phone that had not been backed up will not.

Your other devices are signed out. Their local copy stays until you uninstall Vokku or clear its data in Android settings.

It cannot be undone

Once the deletion goes through there is no restore. If you want to keep your progress, ask us for a copy of your data before you start.
